In the US, 1 in 2 women and 1 in 3 men will develop cancer in their lifetime.
The most common type is breast cancer. 1 in 8 women. And the numbers are rising, in younger women especially.
Which is why I am so grateful for organizations like “The Breast Cancer Research Foundation” and “Cancer Vaccine Coalition” who are on the front lines of research. Did you know that there are vaccine trials happening right now? And that we could see cancer vaccines in our lifetime IF we get big pharma and the government to be on the right side of this. They will say it’s complicated but it’s really not. Give the Dr’s what they need so we can put people over profits. More on all of that another time.
